What we collect
We collect the information needed to operate AntiAnimate, including account details, billing and membership events, upload and export activity, device and browser information, IP address, and basic analytics about site usage.
Files you upload
AntiAnimate processes uploaded PowerPoint files so we can generate corrected output files. We also store technical metadata about uploads and exports, such as file name, file size, content type, output status, and processing duration.
How we use information
We use collected information to run the service, authenticate users, provide trial and membership access, process files, troubleshoot failures, improve reliability, and communicate support or billing issues.
Billing and memberships
Purchases are handled through Gumroad. We receive billing event data needed to grant or update membership access, including email address, product, sale identifiers, subscription identifiers, and related status updates.
Analytics
We use Vercel Analytics and internal event tracking to understand traffic, product usage, conversion, failures, and abuse prevention. These tools help us improve the service and monitor performance.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with service providers needed to run AntiAnimate, such as hosting, authentication, storage, analytics, billing, and operational alerting tools.
Data retention
We retain data for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the product, maintain account access, handle billing records, investigate issues, and meet legal or operational obligations.
